Caves Beach sits on the Swansea peninsula south of Newcastle and is famous for its sculptural sea caves, rock pools and scenic coastline, perfect subjects for aerial photography and fine art prints. In 2025, Caves Beach was voted one of Australia’s top 10 beaches, placing ninth on Tourism Australia’s Best Australian Beaches list, beating out many more famous shores.
