This collection begins with a single aerial moment over the Swansea Channel, the natural gateway where ocean blues flow into the calm waters of Lake Macquarie. From above, the sandbars and colour gradients reveal just how dynamic this meeting point is, even on a still day.

 

As Australia’s largest coastal saltwater lake, Lake Macquarie is a vast network of bays, shorelines, and protected inlets that looks completely different depending on the tide, weather, and light. This first print is the start of telling that bigger story from above.
